Congratulations to Senior Josh Conrad!

"As long as I have a ball in my hands, then I feel like everything is going to be alright." -Kurt from American Underdog

The movie American Underdog is a true story about Kurt Warner, a football player whose dream was to play in the NFL. When he didn't make the draft after college, Kurt became unemployed but eventually took to stocking groceries. Yet, with a goal to always try to stay in shape and be prepared for any opportunity, eventually Kurt proves himself in the NFL through the support of friends, family, and coaches.

This compelling story, one of Josh's favorites, highlights three important ideas: Never giving up, the importance of family and friends, and the love of sports.

This year Josh Conrad is a Senior and Varsity Basketball player for Columbus Christian. Josh's love for all things sports, especially basketball, his energetic smile and easy going personality made his photo shoot fun and entertaining.

The senior year of high school marks a significant milestone in a young person's life. It's a time of transition, growth, and endless possibilities. Josh has many exciting ideas for his future, and I am certain that wherever his path leads him, it will be inspirational. Congratulations Josh! Never give up, remember the important things in life, and continue doing what you love!

Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
